I ordered online from them on a Thursday in September (from Canada) and I received the keyboard the next day. I was super impressed by the shipping speed and was happy to get my keyboard so quickly. They also offer options for different switches which was great. Very happy with my Leopold keyboard!

We drove an hour and a half to visit the store and test the switches, not realizing that we were going to accidentally crash their Christmas party. They never made us feel like an inconvenience, and walked us through all options. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and provided amazing customer service. Once I settled on what I wanted, I ordered online on Friday afternoon, and my keyboard is here on a Sunday. For anyone who spends a lot of time on their computer, a visit to their store is a must to find exactly what you need.

Awesome store with loads of options! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly without really pushing products. I spent about an hour pressing nearly every key available until narrowing my preference down to a few switches. I was then shown a handful of keyboards I could take home direct from the store and a few I may be interested in if I wanted to grab them from the online site/sister store.

I wish I could say I’ve had great luck purchasing but I have not. First time my keyboard I purchased which was a ducky one two lasted me about 3 years. I purchase a ducky one three and the keys are having issues with resistance and noise. I reached out to them and the only solution they gave me was a return with a partial refund for a $150 keyboard because I threw away the box it came in. When I had an issue with EVGA they offered an RMA. Sent me a brand new 3080ti with the condition that I send back my defective 3080ti within 30 days or I would be charged for the new one. Micro center has better return policies so does Newegg so I’m extremely shocked by the lack of customer service. Lack of helpfulness. The only semi helpful suggestion was to purchase a new keyboard to replace mine. Why would I pay for another one to only get a partial refund on a defective one that I am not at fault for. Take your business elsewhere I do not recommend. I’ve also contacted ducky with receipts of the bad service.

I'm a brand new customer (as well as a new mechanical keyboard enthusiast). My first order came in SO fast, and everything was packaged perfectly. I really love how I can order switches in increments/packs of 10 (but still get a discount for ordering a lot more). That way I can just order a small pack of 10 without committing to a (possibly expensive) entire set of 100+ switches. I am definitely going to order again. Customer for life!

Such a great shop! We stopped in for the first time today looking for a keyboard and ended up leaving with two! They have such a nice display layout of all their products. Justin was super friendly and has extensive knowledge on all of the products. We will definitely be visiting again soon!

I was visiting from California and made sure to stop by this keyboard Mecca. Justin was incredibly knowledgable and kind! He answered all of my many questions and made our visit a 10/10 experience. It's a fantastic store with lots of options and as someone new to mechanical keyboards, I was able to narrow down the best keyboard for me. If you're a keyboard enthusiast, this store is a must!
